Members may not use prohibited rifles or shotguns at the range, this includes law enforcement members. On Friday March 7 the Liberal government prohibited an additional 179 firearms. Most of these are M1 Carbine rifles.

Owners of these firearms are covered by an amnesty for possession that now extends to March 1, 2026, however they may not be transported to the range or used.
