We have noticed that many members who registered online with an ‘@mymts’ email address are not receiving membership emails. It appears that our messages are being blocked by MTS.
If you have an ‘@mymts’ email and haven’t seen your registration or renewal package, please contact our Acting Secretary – info@selkirkgameandfish.ca and let us know if you have an alternate email you can use for our system.
We are sorry but this is out of our control.
If you are having trouble logging in and renewing, please try the “Membership Portal” an incorrect link was shared in the cancellation/renewal emails.
Many members are complaining about not receiving club information. Please check your junk / spam mail folder. Our online system sends out club information seconds after an invoice is paid so if you don’t get the email it probably went in your junk folder.
Our membership volunteer is trying to answer your questions but it seems that no one is getting our responses!

Membership Processing – Our volunteer is currently working on emails sent after Dec 26th, please be patient your email will be responded to in the order it was received.

Gate combinations have now been changed for 2026. Please read the 2026 club information that was sent to you with your membership information. We are catching up on emails but are about 14 days behind, please be patient we will return your communications.
If you paid for membership online but haven’t received the club information, CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM folder please!
Email invoices should be sent to members soon, if you have questions or difficulty remember that it may take more than two weeks for our volunteers to respond to your requests. Please be patient! When renewing if you need to add Handgun Club make sure to do so before you pay.

As of Dec 1st all new memberships are for 2026, new members will not be able to access the range until January.
Current members should wait for a renewal email from our system.
If you don’t want to renew until later in the year please save the email from our club system. The link can be used to renew or you can login to the membership system.

Volunteers are doing maintenance on Range 1, the range will be closed from 10am to 5pm. Range 2 will be open during maintenance. We apologize for the last minute notice, thank you for understanding.
To respect local by-laws there must be no shooting before 7am or sunrise whichever is latest. Shooting must end at sunset. No members should be at the club from 10pm-6am without prior approval from the club executive. Sun times may be found on the Environment Canada website.
Range 1 (200yd range) is closed for necessary maintenance from Monday July 7 to Friday July 11.
Ranges 2 (100yd) & 4 (Handgun Club members) will remain open. If the work is complete and we can re-open Range 1 before Friday it will be posted on the website.
